Urh is a seasoned physiotherapist with more than 6 years of experience in advanced levels of Musculuskeletal and Neurophysiotherapy. Starting his professional journey in 2014, in a rehabilitative institute working with clients with various stages of osteoarthritis, he took the opportunity to work with athletes in different of professional sport:
Slovenia National Rugby Union team;
Cycling Federation of Iran;
Red Bull professional athletes;
National Basketball Association (NBA) Europe.
Urh’s goal is to bring the best possible treatment to his clients. Soon after achieving his BSc with honours, a lifelong process of building clinical skills, expanding knowledge to understand, assess and treat the most complex pathologies had begun.
Whilst working in private rehabilitative centres that focused on neurorehabilitation, he completed the Basic Bobath course, adding a unique tool set to his clinical performance. Additionally he spent more than 300 hours of training in manual therapy based treatments that guide his rehabilitation process.
Alongside all the above, Urh is trained in dry needling and many soft tissue techniques.
Stepping up amongst the pandemic, Urh has trained to become a First Contact Practitioner within our NHS, which requires advanced levels of clinical reasoning and knowledge in order to assist surgeries and GP’s in these challenging times.
Urh is Chartered Physiotherapist, recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
