Penny is an Advanced Soft Tissue Therapist who has been practising remedial hands-on therapy since 2016. She follows an evidence-based approach to treatment, offering sports massage, soft tissue therapy, and lymphatic drainage massage. Her sessions also incorporate pain management techniques designed to promote recovery and enhance overall physical wellbeing.
With nine years of clinical experience, Penny has helped clients with a wide range of sports and work-related injuries, including sciatic pain, chronic neck, shoulder and lower back pain, frozen shoulder, stress headaches, chronic migraines, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, post-surgery pain following knee and hip replacements, and various other musculoskeletal conditions.
Penny’s Motto
“If pain can be turned up, it can also be turned down.”
Pain isn’t just about injury — it’s influenced by your body, your mind, and even your environment. Sometimes pain is a learned response, shaped by past experiences or stress. That means with the right approach, pain can change — and you can feel better.
“My goal is to help you turn the volume down on pain and turn up your quality of life.”
Your first session is all about you. Penny takes the time to listen and understand your pain — not just where it hurts, but why. Together, you’ll piece together the full picture, create a treatment plan that fits your goals, and start working toward relief.
Each session includes hands-on therapy, clear communication, and practical home-care advice to help you continue improving between visits. At every step, Penny’s focus is on helping you move more freely, feel more comfortable, and get back to living the life you want.
