Cathy Jones
Cathy Jones (she/her) is a postgraduate Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP – 48739). Inclusion is key to her working practice, all are welcome.
She has been counselling for over fourteen years, with extensive experience in psychodynamic and integrative counselling and psychotherapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Counselling is an important part of a strong and healthy coping strategy, especially if you’re looking for confidential, non-judgemental support outside your immediate circle of friends or family. I am passionate about providing you with a calm, safe and confidential space in which to explore areas of your choosing. Your unique life experience is recognised as an important part of how you function today, and as such I do not work with a one-size-fits-all approach.
On an ongoing basis, I explore many areas within counselling and psychotherapy via additional professional development. I thoroughly enjoy keeping up to date with current practices in the field.
